You can purchase a support card via our webshop. The credit will be debited on the basis of the support purchased by you, with a rounding off of 5 minutes. You will receive a written report about the spent support time when your credit balance is still 10 minutes.

You will also receive a new quotation for the upgrade of your support credit. The support credit will not expire and will remain until you have used all of it.
