The in-app integration with 3D Warehouse (in the 'Start' tab) is currently unavailable in pCon.planner. As a result, pCon.planner users are temporarily unable to search for, view or import 3D models via 3D Warehouse. This temporary unavailability is related to a critical security vulnerability in PHP. To minimise security risks, access to 3D Warehouse has been temporarily taken offline.
On 21 October 2026, a widespread security vulnerability affected numerous online service providers. To protect our systems and your data, we therefore temporarily disabled some of our services as a precautionary measure while we investigate the situation. Some of our services are now available again. For the remaining services, we are still working to complete the necessary security measures. Before restoring a service, we carefully verify that it can be used safely and reliably. As a result, some services are currently still limited or unavailable.

Workaround
Paste the following link into the browser within pCon.planner (Start tab > Browser): https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/ and press Enter. This will allow you to access the 3D Warehouse website directly and download 3D models for use in pCon.planner.
