On October 21, a large-scale security vulnerability in PHP affected numerous online service providers. To protect our systems and your data, we therefore temporarily disabled a number of our services as a precaution while we investigate the situation. These include the following applications and services:
- 3D Warehouse in pCon.planner
- Our easterngraphics.com website and blog
- OSL
- License server (used for licenses for the following products: pCon.basket, pCon.xcad, DataClient, and EAIWS)
- Old pCon.catalog (Typo3-based catalogs only)
- Certificates
Some of our services are now available again. We are still working to complete the necessary security measures for the remaining services. Before making a service available again, we carefully verify that it can be used safely and reliably. As a result, some services are currently available only with limitations, while others remain unavailable. We understand that you rely on our services and that these interruptions may affect your day-to-day work. We are working hard to restore all services as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specific date at this time for when all services will be fully available again. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
