It seems that the Microsoft WebView2 component (component for the new option of the internal browser since version 8.6) is not installed on the customer system.
Our installer will provide this package if necessary. After that, Windows Update will keep it up to date. Maybe you updated from an older version than version 8.6 or the new version was only copied on the system (not using our installer) or any third party software (Virus scanner, Firewall or the operation system self, etc.) blocked the new installation of these component. You need the Evergreen standalone 64-bit version. Please note that this will not work with Windows 11.
